Our inaugural Lifestyle Medicine Fitness event!

Attendees will experience a light, interactive "example medical fitness training session." This informative session will include exercises that are safe for the knees, hips, low back, and shoulders. You'll also learn how sessions are adjusted for individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes, lung disease, multiple sclerosis, and other medical maladies. A safe, effective progression model will also be explained, and there will be plenty of opportunity for question and answer.

Come experience first-hand the application of medical fitness in this unique event!
