Discussion on Meditaiton Research During the first half of the presentation, I will be discussing the research and evidence found on meditation and the effect it has on our mind and body. These studies will be driven from the Massachusetts General Hospital explaining how eight weeks of meditation can reshape our brain. Group Meditation For the last half of the presentation, I will guide the audience through a meditation lasting for 15 – 20 minutes. The focus being on breathing techniques and mindfulness. This meditation will allow the participants to apply these techniques to their lifestyle.
