Special guest and centenarian Dr. Ellsworth Wareham, MD will be interviewed by Hans Diehl of CHIP Health at our Lifestyle Medicine 2015 banquet presentation.  

They’ll discuss topics ranging from why the cardiothoracic surgeon decided to retire at 74 and how he managed to continue counseling until the age of 95. They’ll also dive into the implications of a person’s diet and exercise regimen, as well as what that has looked like over the past few decades.

There will also be a special presentation of the inaugural Lifestyle Medicine Trailblazer and Lifetime Achievement Awards, along with recognition of the distinguished Fellows of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine
